Ingrassia Consulting Group is led by Mike Ingrassia, a licensed mental health therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care and extensive experience working with high-profile individuals, families, and systems operating under sustained pressure.

Mike has worked with public-facing clients across the entertainment sector, supporting individuals and family systems navigating visibility, performance demands, reputational risk, and prolonged exposure to high-stakes environments. His work is informed by both clinical training and real-world consultation within complex professional systems. He attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where his training emphasized integrated, systems-based approaches to mental health, trauma, and human functioning.​
